As the Agency Sales Director for BFG, Mindee oversees the portfolio of protection products offered through BFG including Post Issue, Life Insurance, Disability Income Insurance, Long-Term Care Insurance and the Enterprise General Insurance Agency. In addition, Mindee is also responsible for overseeing the real estate development of the firm, including expanding the office in CT, NYC, White Plains, Hartford and Massachusetts. She also plays a pivotal role in BFG's charitable giving opportunities and serves on the Board of the Foundation for Life, a charitable organization she started with her husband Paul.

Mindee started her career with BFG as a Financial Services Representative in 1994 and qualified for Leader's Conference several years in a row, both as a producer and a manager. In her years at BFG, she has served in many different areas of the operations area, including Annuities, APS and MSI. Prior to joining BFG, she attended Pace University in NYC. Mindee currently lives in Shelton, CT with her husband Paul and their three children, Jennee, Sydnee, and Paul.

Elizabeth is responsible for all aspects of the firm's marketing department. Elizabeth and her team create and implement firm wide marketing campaigns to generate revenue and increase firm production. On a one on one basis, the marketing department meets with financial services representatives to develop and implement marketing plans to ensure they meet their individual production goals. With her work, Barnum has achieved a 50% retention rate of all new financial services representatives .

Elizabeth started her career at Barnum 3 years ago. She is a graduate of Bryant College with a BA in Business Administration. Elizabeth lives in Milford, CT.

Jeff joined Barnum Financial Group in March 2006 to head up the Financial Planning department. With 20 years of financial planning experience, Jeff is responsible for organizing and developing all financial planning activities for BFG to build a client focused financial planning culture. In this role, Jeff works closely with MetLife Securities planners, Advanced Markets attorney's, and the client's advisors to develop comprehensive financial plans and innovative solutions for clients.

Prior to joining BFG, Jeff was a Vice President for Chase Investment Services Corp., a division of JP Morgan Investments, working directly with clients developing financial plans and implementing investment strategies. Jeff began his career with Mutual of New York as a financial advisor and then Agency Director.

He received his B.S. from Clarkson University, and his M.B.A. from Adelphi University.

Natalina works with financial services representatives to strengthen and formalize existing relationships, while constantly building new alliances. The industries that Barnum Financial Group works with include CPAs, Tax Preparers, P&C Agencies, Estate Attorneys, Mortgage Professionals and Independent Brokers. In addition to Alliances, Natalina works with seasoned licensed professionals, Certified Public Accountants and Tax Preparers. She helps these experienced, independent individuals take advantage of the resources and opportunities available at Barnum Financial Group and MetLife.

Natalina DeMeis started her career with MetLife in 1991 in the Long-Term Care (LTC) Insurance Division. Throughout her career in the LTC Division, Natalina worked with Group National Accounts, Individual Sales and Strategic Alliances. Her last role in LTC was Sales Director for the Strategic Alliances Department. Natalina lives in Shelton CT with her husband and two sons.

Jamie Goodman, LCSW is a Marketing Assistant for Barnum Financial Group. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a prior career in sales and training in Manhattan, Jamie addresses productivity, accountability and leadership development from a psychological as well as behavioral standpoint. She has designed and implemented the internal coaching program at Barnum Financial Group, which provides individual coaching and group/team coaching for advisors and managers.

Jamie kicked off an Emotional Intelligence coaching program targeting leadership development skills, after being certified to administer the MSCEIT (Mayer, Salovey, Caruso, Emotional Intelligence Test), at Yale University. She facilitates a monthly Women's Advisory Board to Support and guide the career growth of female Advisors at Barnum Financial Group.

Jamie earned her Master's degree in Social Work at New York University, attended two years of Dan Sullivans, "The Strategic Coach", and is currently enrolled in the Columbia University Coaching Certification Program. She resides in Woodbridge, Connecticut with her three sons.

Nancy coordinates all the Managing Director's business activities. Nancy works closely with Regional, Zone, and Senior Management on reporting and planning issues and special projects, as well as managing Paul Blanco's schedule and activities. She works directly with Paul and the management staff to develop talents and increase the effectiveness of the Barnum Financial Group and is closely involved in business operations and future strategic initiatives of the firm.

Zory is the Operations Manager for Barnum. In this role she oversees the investment side of the business and all financial management. She has been with the firm since 2001 and has since served in many different roles including Recruiting Coordinator.

Originally from Bulgaria, Zory came to the US and earned her BS at the University of Bridgeport. Currently, she is a resident of Bridgeport, CT and is completing her MBA at New York University in Manhattan, NY. Zory holds her Life Insurance and Health License and her Series 7, 63, 65, and 24 securities registrations.

Michael is responsible for the overall coordination and operation of all departments at Barnum. His main area of focus is Training and Development and under his leadership and management, Barnum has over 100 advisors in their first 4 years with the retention rate at approximately 50%. Barnum has grown to a sales force of more than 250 Financial Services Representatives and Financial Planners located in over 20 sites in Connecticut and New York.

A 15-year MetLife veteran, Mike has over 4 years experience as a Leaders Conference qualifying advisor and over 9 years of management experience. Mike has qualified for Management Conference the last 3 years.

Mike is a graduate of Hamilton College with a BA in Economics and has his MBA in Marketing from the University of Bridgeport. Being active in college varsity athletics, Mike is active in many local organizations and has coached for the past 15 years for many youth sports teams. He resides in Woodbury, CT with his wife and five children.

Gina actively prospects to sell and implement Barnum's Corporate Education Program as well as creating corporate alliances to become the corporation's on-site financial planning firm. Gina also works with Barnum's Financial Advisors to capitalize on their existing relationships with corporations.

Gina began her career at Barnum, pioneering the firm's Call Center. After three years in the call center, Gina transitioned to the corporate education department. She holds her Life and Health Insurance license and Series 6 securities registrations. She currently lives in Fairfield CT.

Allison formulates and implements the marketing strategy of the Corporate Education Program. Allison works with Barnum's Financial Advisors and Management to capitalize on their existing relationships with corporations. She then places and integrates them into the "on-site" Financial Advisor teams of the Corporate Education Program. Allison also acts as a liaison between Barnum Financial Group and the Institutional Account Group of MetLife. She works to sell and implement Barnum's Corporate Education Program (as a part of MetLife Advice) to MetLife's Institutional Accounts in the New England Region.

Jane Snaider is responsible for developing and executing pro-active media relations and community outreach programs promoting BFG's products, resources, events and advisor expertise and position BFG as the #1 financial firm in Connecticut and New York.

Additionally Jane's role is to increase BFG's commitment to social responsibility in the communities we serve by encouraging employees to be volunteers and positioning them as thought leaders.

Prior to coming to BFG in December 2006, Jane worked in the non-profit arena specializing in organizational startups. She was the Executive Director of the New Haven Convention and Visitors Bureau, Coastal Fairfield County CVB, Town Green Special Services District and most recently, Director of Development and Marketing for the Valley United Way. A native of New Haven and an active volunteer, Jane's knowledge of the public and private sectors brings a unique dimension to BFG.

Currently Jane mentors a teen mom and volunteers at the Jewish Home for the Aged in New Haven, where she has "adopted" one of the residents. In February, MetLife News ran a story in the "What's Your Passion" column on Jane's relationship with her young mentee. Jane was named by Connecticut Magazine as one of the 40 people to know in Connecticut.

Jane resides in her hometown, New Haven, home to the 1st hamburger, and the world's best pizza!
